The New York State Office of the Clean Ocean And Shore Trust is housed in upper Manhatten at Columbia Universityīs Morningside Campus.
The Office is located at the Earth
Engineering Center in the Henry
Krumb School of Mines, a short walk from the Low Library
landmark (above).
The New York Office is the current base of the Virtual
Estuary Project and the New
York Virtual Harbor, an initiative involving several regional
organizations which aims to facilitate access to, and analysis
of, environmental data pertaining to the Hudson Harbor Estuary.
