The Clean Ocean And Shore Trust has offices in both New York State and the State of New Jersey.
The New York Office is housed at Columbia University´s Earth Engineering Centre in Manhattan, and is staffed on a full-time basis.
The New Jersey Office is hosted by Rutgers University Institute of Marine and Coastal Sciences (IMCS), in New Brunswick.
